Our 30-Day Guarantee

If something you ordered from us isn’t quite right, that’s okay, we’ve got you. You can return it with proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Some exceptions may apply, but we’ll always help you understand your options.

A small $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. When you’re ready, you can start your return anytime through our online process, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

What Can Be Returned

If something didn’t work out, you can send it back as long as it’s still new and within the return window.

Eligible Items

  • Unopened pet supplies in original packaging
  • Dog, cat, and equine supplies in new, unused condition
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Defective or damaged items

What Can’t Be Returned

To keep every pet safe, some items can’t be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked)
  • Vaccines (non-returnable and non-refundable)

Please note:

  • Shipping and freight fees are non-refundable unless due to a shipping error or manufacturer defect
  • Items showing signs of use may not be refunded unless defective
  • Opened items may have a restocking fee if they can’t be resold
